Thanks Astoria, that makes sense I hadnt considered that. It seems like the odds are against a capital raising then, so their short term future will depend on the results they announce soon.
It seems like the tip is for a bottom somewhere near 0.13, given that the upside potential is quite significant I may take a small punt on this, given that i've done well elsewhere lately.
