A valid question @aatisket. My short answer is no.

This is because Celgene involvement with MSB is well-known. Celgene taking an expanded interest in MSB is hardly a trading suspension issue. Everyone knows the negotiations are ongoing. The impact on Celgene of it taking and expanded interest in our tech would be market sensitive but hardly game changing for that company's SP. Celgene could not function if it went into a trading halt every time a negotiation of this magnitude was being finalised. However the impact on MSB would be substantial given our relatively minuscule size and hence the TH.

On the other hand TEVA announcing it was pulling out of one of its major and most promising Phase 3 trials would have a substantial impact on its own share price. If a termination of the CHF trial was indeed being considered and imminent I believe TEVA has a responsibility to its share holders to go into a trading halt until the decision is final. Beyond this, if it's not about to pull out, I believe that the speculation is already at a point where TEVA needs to issue a market clarification on the subject. Not because of the chatter that's been taking place here on HC, but because the speculation has now reached a much higher level with Jason Colbert from the Maxim group giving it credibility.

If I was a TEVA shareholder I would want them to issue a clarification on this subject no later than Monday morning, Tel Aviv time.

Having said that, I've been disappointed before.
