Johno247,
We did have cap rising in September 2009 at .0085 and sp went down from .025 to .010-.009 - understandable. Later on we did have buy back program of unmarketable share parcels. And here is the story.
The sp went down to .007 about 10 days before the ann. Since then the sp stayed at .007-.006. Whenever SIR wanted to run and the buyers appeared at .008-.009, someone was off loading quite a substantial volume of shares. Further, we were told that some party got all unmarketable parcels. However , we didn't see a change in major shareholding. As you see from todays Qrt. report: over 10,000 shareholders, with this small parcels, decided to sell their shares. As such, take those 10,000 shareholders and their holding at the approximate value of $300 then you will arrive with $300,000.
As such, divide those $300,000 by 0.0075 (value per share at that time)and you will have around 400,000 shares. Who was responsible for selling those small parcels? SIR broker
