I might ask them about this point from their suspension announcement:
the Company determines its response to recent publications regarding the Company’s outlook.
Why do they need to respond to anything other than the ASX? Answer: they are disputing the accuracy of some of the claims published in the media. What could the response be? Legal action? How much money does Glaucus have? $300m to pay off our debt would be nice
