I think it was them selling around 7.2 million shares and others followed to lock in profits or stop losses.
I think this is good news. @ around 3 pm the buying started and intensified until the close - including the auction that had someone buying 750000. those closer to the action must have known this news was comming. so, expect more follow through tommorrow if the US behaves itself.
