20500 has all the appearances of an insider. Enough correct or half correct info in the past to have some people believe, but that was before Vietnam and Malaysia went balls up, and China debtors were rigged to make sure that they hit their projections (lets call a fact a fact - mid 2008 the numbers were based on the Malaysia contract. Now they made over 6 months China "income" just prior to balance date but jack from Malaysia). I think he/she is trading. Just my thoughts.
