It certainly says more about MinRes and Xi Xi than it does Galaxy Resources.

No doubt the company was as surprised as the rest of us and it certainly had me wondering what was going on that's for sure.

The question in my mind and one that might be on the minds of Mineral Resources is that of if she did this to Galaxy Resources and anything she does do beyond just simple a shift in employment should raise concerns for her new employer also.

I haven't contacted either company whatsoever.

What's done is done, we can complain.

Be concerned.

BUT at least in my mind and others I have spoken with, we need to leave whatever takes place from here with regards to this incident in the hands of both Galaxy Resources, Mineral Resources and Xi Xi herself.

I'll be watching with interest what transpires.
