I had a look at raymonas post and pondered the above statement.

It had always been my impression that the reason the Directors did not take up the spp was because they were ineligible to do so. Anyway, I raised the issue with a family member who also held PRR and he told me he had queried this issue with PRR and got an email response confirming that Directors were ineligible to participate.

I thought it important enough to pass this information to interested HC readers as the posts on the issue could wrongly give the impression that Directors had the option to purchase in the spp and did not do so, when in fact they were ineligible to take up the offer.
