I just can not understand ... someone please explain - i'm new to this. I just read over the July 2005 pdf file 'ACCLAIM TO ACQUIRE URANIUM / GOLD PROJECT' on AEX website. There is a table estimating 11K of potentially pure U. This is 11K more than just about every U stock on the ASX except for the current producers! Wow ... and this is still flirting around 5 cents ... I am not ramping - just amazed at this market perception. Say it takes 2 years for AEX to get the mine up and running - by this time U may be at, on current trends, US$100/lb. 11,000 metric tonnes is 24 million lb's of U - that equates to 24M x US$100 = 2.4 billion US dollars. Please correct me if I am just incredibly wrong here - and also take into account that I have doubled the U price. How should this equate to stock price? Thoughts? Dont forget the gold too ...
Profits being taken big time today on aussie U's - prob holding back AEX.
