calling all chinese investors , page-8

Not sure if this is paid for piece or a genuine piece of editorial, however it really looks likes a paid piece to me. This begs the question why they feel that they have to pay for a 5 page piece (must have cost a fair bit) to advertise to the Chinese (in English). I'm not sure what that says about any dealings that might have been going on for the last three months - as were alluded to by JH. Is this a genuine pitch to investors because CTP doesn't have any interested parties yet, or is this a negotiating tactic spruiking up interest for existing negotiatons ? I find it a bit strange.
