    WHY ??
    Two reasons 1 By converting early Company coffers increase by $3.5 million (allowing fast tracking of u know what).
    2 By converting & delay in conversion (probably week or 2) temptation to take quick profits negated.
    To paraphrase John F Kennedy-Ask not what the Company can do for you,ask what you can do for the Company.
