My experience suggests strongly that this board will be unable to raise $150 million let alone just $4 million to recommence trading on the ASX.

Our plan is to fund the company so it can purchase the first farm and recommence trading on the ASX.
Every share will count and we know exactly what needs to be done and how to execute it.

This company will now be guided by the will of all shareholders not just the board and its relatives who hold a significant but not unsummountable amount of shares. I will abide by the future outcome, but believe we offer the only hope of putting some value back into this company/shell..
