Hi all,
I would really appreciate some feedback from WOW investors to try to glean some perception into how you all genuinely perceive your brand from a customer service/customer retention perspective.
The reason I ask this is because I have just started a brand new business where my primary focus is on customer service & customer retention - which I am very passionate about.
Please note this post is a research exercise as I would really love the opportunity to put a brief to WOW with the aim of helping to improve on the Woolworths customer service experience, to improve & grow the WOW brand in a dynamic market with aggressive competitors.
