On face value I find it absolutely amazing that there are seemingly so many WOW 'investors' (?) posting on HC ... yet no-one seems to have any opinion about the listed company's brand/customer service/perception/retention of customers???
Surely "someone" out there has an opinion or 2/3/4 regarding this company ... & if you don't then I can't help but ask the question why are you invested in it in the first place???
I'm asking important go-to-market questions. Surely if you've decided to invest in this company then can't you at least provide me with a little bit of feedback???
