I wish I knew - the message coming through the media seems to suggest that Wayne Paslow is a large prt of the problem. Other part seems to be that either their technology doesn't work (which I find hard to believe) or that the company has such a poor relationship with its remaining staff that they are simply not doing the servicing of their products sufficiently well to ensure that the customer remains satisfied/happy. My reading between the lines of everything I can find on OTT suggests to me that the media seems to believe that Wayne may be the root of the problem.
Good luck - I too am a long suffering shareholder (more fool me) because I believed in their products.
