Yes mon but as i said above tehy can take apart those lawn mowers etc etc, this apparently they cant.
Remember they bought 10,000 a three years ago surely they would have done it then.
And heres the killer why i dont think its ip related.

IF this has been there whole plan for the last three years they wouldnt have set up siyi and signed a 25 YEAR deal.

They would have simply kept buying off the shel until they had cracked it.
No messy break up then, siyi/mps would stop buying and we would be none the wiser.

I still think it has something to do with licensing agreement offers with other co's
