So what if they don't have our IP...that means sweet nothing in the context of this debate..They may have something that can replicate what Oraline does...or perhaps someone in Government was paid enough to lower the standards for drug testing in China
Bottom line is if noone uses our product, the IP is not worth the money it cost to patent it
