What can SBN actually do?

If SiYi are the ones doing what they are doing, then SBN can do little. I doubt whether this is sudden like many might believe.

SBN may have been in discussions for 2 weeks plus, but then ultimately had to tell market. When we get written confirmation plus details of any partnership im sure it will all fit together better.

I think holders are putting together a jigsaw puzzle without having a picture to go by. Many of the pieces fit, however until some one paints it we effectively have not much!

I do think we have been given most the pieces however.
