Prior to the merger we humble and insignificant shareholders were told about the amazing advantages of being on the NASDAQ. We heard Biota was misunderstood in Australia. But really it was not a case of being misunderstood, it was a case of being understood. No one in Biota management bothered to communicate/promote/market Biota and the pipeline.
Today we have a share price that is now in the forties (49 cents) (4.11/8/1.05) but we hear absolulety nothing from the people who sold us this merger and NASDAQ only listing. And we hear absolutley nothing from the new people who are steering the ship.
So Plumb, Fox, Cook, Lismore - please show what you are doing to make Biota understood in the US. And please help us understand why you have all been so quiet at such an important time in Biota's evolution?
A company cannot be UNDERSTOOD if no one bothers to communicate anything to anyone.
