How a company can get away with not having a business plan except for issueing clouds of worthless scrip and worthless announcements--(nearly all have been proven nonsensical) for so long escapes me, but then an ex broker runs it like his own private money bin, which is lucrative only to the favoured few--and that dosen't include shareholders btw.
