Listening to the call its pretty clear they have data on hand from SDV that could well be market sensitive, and as such it would be highly unusual for the Chairman to allow execs to insider trade.
SH has indicated the market will be informed possibly as early as the end of Nov, that would be the appropriate time for them to make purchases or dispose as they see fit.
