I think greenpiece australia has its head in the sand on this issue and off with the fairies....It isnt trying to shut down globally 450 nuc. power stations.....Oh no because it knows the consequences of alternatives...its just trying to blindly stop them in australia so we can keep mining coal and polluting the planet to extinction...They hold little credibility with me and support polluting baseload power generation by their senseless stance....The Govt of course is terrified to support nuclear because of the coal unions and export dollars...We lack sadly the courage to make the big decisions in this country and it takes disasters in the environment to change our course.....And to agree with the doubters who think it isnt humans causing global warming at all, wouldnt it still make moral sense to reduce pollution regardless. I rest my case. Enrich your thinking if nothing else
