    I think an egm is a great idea... particularly if it were to destaple the trust and the company... that is the move that will generate the goods for security holders...

    Have ventilated before on this and only got a lukewarm response... although quite few posters contacted me with votes adding up to nearly 4%.

    Alternatively lets just have the rights issue and be done with it.. that way all will be disclosed!
