calling for egm or some at least some update, page-18

Need some resolution to vote on ? here are some to put them on notice.
1/ removal of Mccabe as the director for conflict of interests.
2/ removal of the whole board to be replace by new directors.
3/ to put the company into liquidation.
now thats radical.
but once the AGM is called you can add more resolution, such as compulsory once a month update to the market and pay reduction to all incompetent directors and senior managements.
just an idea.
if you ever get to 99th and need the 100th, i will make myself available.
