Perhaps ring senior management at VPG and tell them you have proceeded to gather support from 100 shareholders and will soon request that the company call an EGM.

Get the ball rolling and start making them understand that they need to address shareholder frustration ... now or at the EGM.

Directors DO NOT like shareholder called EGM's particularly where director dismissals are requisitioned, regardless of how the vote turns out.
