I'm pissed off as most here are and am willing to join the crusade lol.
Announcements (dont forget WE own the company!) have not been forthcoming, I tell my employees more about where we are as a company than Valad do.
As has been mentioned before there is rot on the board, the duty of a publicly listed company is to it's shareholders and as a shareholder learning about activities from reporters is just not on.
It SHOULD be the duty of the company to keep us updated about anything that effects the capital we have invested as shareholders.
And as such I second the calling of an EGM.
