Thanks for the effort. But I think a more realistic approach from the directors would be provide shipment update as there has been lots of confusion of no shipment in last month till now (half of February almost). Also update market something about SDV and POSCO money coming out of escrow. 
Directors buying is not always that positive. Most recently look at AJM, their directors have committed to invest 15M for CR yet, the price is hovering around CR price. 
I always think company need to update shareholder regularly to avoid confusion and fake news.
