@Calvo, I agree with you that they should consider vertical integration but it is not mutually exclusive from screaming from the rooftops either.

GXY needs vertical integration for it to be a profitable company but GXY also needs the mindshare in the market to be a viable investment for investors - there is no reason why it can't do both at the same time.
