I really want to know who out top shareholders are. The most recent list on Comsec is dated 19 March 2018:
The company has not responded to my request, so now I am trying to get the information I need via ASIC. Fair dinkum though, what a hassle. I can't get through to anyone on the ASIC phone number, so I have joined the queue to have an on-line chat with one of their customer service officers. I have now been waiting for nearly 45 minutes during which time I have had an on screen message telling me that I am No. 7 in the queue and that the expected wait time is 24 minutes. However that message changed a little while ago to say the wait time is now 30 minutes - and has now just changed again to say 36 minutes.
What kind of customer service is this? No wonder people give up when it comes to ASIC.
Anyway, I am on a mission. I want that shareholders register!
