This is not a construction job, it's a retrofit. They bought a vegetable juicing company in the outskirts of Mildura and are trying to turn it into a cannabis juicing plant. They need to get a new ODC cultivation and manufacturing license first before they can grow anything so at least three months more of stuffing around - will they be alive in 3 months - anyone's guess?
