Interesting post DIS.
Announcements from BBI about BBI management contract with BNB have implied that this was not a high priority at the moment and would be dealt with at the appropriate time,well apparently now is the appropriate time.
Why is it in BBI's shareholders interests to pay money for management contracts with BNB now, when in a month or so the situation may change drastically,i would have thought time is on BBI's side and it is better to see how the situation with BNB pans out.
I am not saying there is a conspiracy between BBI management and BNB,as there may be a good reason why it is in BBI's interests to do a deal with BNB now,i just don't know what it is,it will take good lawyers to work out the Byzantine legal ramifications of what is going on at the moment.
Hamill so far IMO has shown himself to be acting in the interests of BBI and shareholders,i would certainly give him the benefit of the doubt.
Just have to be vigilant and wait for the next announcement.
