    well in reality when you think about it, two companies merge so you can't have two boards right? There is bound to be some argy bargy and disagreement as to who is going to the run the company going forward. IMO Grist and Spenceley lost, spat the dummy, resigned and sold out (almost). The divorce is now public, Vocus still have a business to run, get on with it.
