The thing to remember is NEW contracts will NOT pay the con note out. Its obvious from recent quarterlys that a long lead time exists between signing of contract, first revenue and first profit.

Any chance of having money in time, relies on previous known contracts that have money in transit to INT.

The FY seemed to think they would scrape in and have the required funds. INT are the only one that know the lead times and what percentage of dollars are coming in as we speak.

Either way, initial phase contracts seem quite expensive. Installation and equipment costs etc. So, if they scapre in with the note, then what is left as working capital?

All these contracts about to be announce 'prior to christmas', and no money to advance them?

I still think INT focus would be on rolling over the note or paying it out by issuing another note to a new investor. They have cut it too fine for CR now and are obviously trying to avoid cr.

Goodluck. A positive outcome for the con note could add quite a bit of value. A negative outcome might see 0.5c

Balance that out and the upside is greater than downside IMO. And you also have new contracts to be announced. Few chances their for sp gains.
