China's GDP per capita(PPP)=$8,400 (2011 est.)

Indonesia's GDP per capita=$4,700 (2011 est.)

India's GDP per capita = $3,700 (2011 est.)


As a comparison:-

The US GDP per capita=$48,100 (2011 est.)

Australia's GDP per capita=$40,800 (2011 est.)

So,still a long way to go yet and energy consumption will follow.
