This is evidenced by the in-house promotion of Rowena (nothing against her, btw, she's been given an opportunity and taken it, and she's now faced with the unenviable task of undoing ASM's prior mismanagement). Basically, I think Gandel's and our interests do intersect to some degree, but they are not totally aligned as they should be, which is not a great state of affairs.

I think it is a great idea. Who is he? He does not even mentiin ASM on his LinkedIn page.Are we paying him. Why pay KCF to reprent us in Korea when we have Frank. Cmon Frank support ASM or resign.
