Yes I agree it is a sheet sandwich,and its the shareholders who are continuously being fed the sheet,We the share holders pay these people to keep us informed and at the same time do the right thing to improve the company, No one should be awarding themselves a performance or an attendance bonus or any other kind of a bonus,unless it is warranted I do not consider this company i.e. the share holders company a cash cow, it is well known if a person, gets something for nothing they do not value it.
