Calling of general meeting Sect 249D/203D

I am starting this thread so we can think what resolution is to be proposed at the meeting. It gives us enough time to think about and articulate it on this thread. I hope we do not have to follow through on this, but BoD and management's past performance would indicate that there is a HIGH probability that we will need to do it.

Proposal one:
* Better resource utilization - do we need a Corporate Finance executive and a Chief Financial executive for such a small company that is not producing or obtaining any finance.
