Keybridge Capital has welcomed Molopo Energy calling a general meeting to be held today, three days before a meeting convened by Keybridge three days later, and will cancel its November 13 meeting in lieu of Molopo's GM.
However, Keybridge said yesterday it still has a number of concerns with Molopo's GM documents, adding that it would issue a further statement to the junior oiler's shareholders to ensure they are "fully informed" ahead of today's meeting.
Keybridge said it was baffled by Molopo said on September 12 it had received Keybridge's section 249D request yet the junior now says it did not receive the request until the following day, to invalidate the meeting convened by Keybridge under section 249E.
Keybridge asked Molopo to call the GM to consider replacing Alexandre **ovich with William Johnson as a director of Molopo.
