I don't disagree with what you wrote. My investment in PAS was admittedly speculative, BUT it was based on the Balance Sheet of March 2001 (I think back on memory). Based on the Net Assets at the time, this was a good buy at the prices that I bought at (between 5 and 7 cps). Based on the Balance Sheet.
The banks then did their thing. If one were to read the announcements coming out, one can see how the PAS debt rose, in favour of the banks; as they started activating all the contractual clauses.
I was duped and you are right. More so by the accounts and management. And yes I totally agree, the Board of PAS, those who were there when the crippling decisions were made re overseas FX contracts, should hang their heads in shame. Shame on you, you old geriatric men, who puff out their chests as if they were something important to the world. Shame on you.
