The W-E schematic section (or should it be NW-SE as per Cairn to make the W-E the positioning shown for BEL and SNE3 fit the areal map?) is a cross-section through SNE1. The "double yoke" sands as Mandurah refers to them are interpreted to be in the oil window generally to the more distant west or NW of the SNE1 N/S line. However the N/S seismic illustration which I believe is also a cross-section through SNE1 shows the both blocky sands at dipping away below the water line at SNE3 and BEL (SNE4).
So no, from the images provided I don't think the blocky sands are expected at BEL1 (SNE4), but it is certainly confusing, as per link below:
