if you don't and quote your HIN (holder identification number). They should send you a form. Fill it in and send a cheque to the share registry.
No need to do this till two days to go to make sure you want to take them up rather than buying on market. Use an express post and keep the little receipt so you have some comeback if they say they didn;t get it. Also you could photocopy your completed form and the cheque.
