    "Easy-peasy" , OK theres your 4 even , why not wait till it hits 3.8 then buy it for a short term trade -if you must! And remember , if you want the oats before they go in the front of the horse they are a lot more expensive than when they come out the back- get my drift - good luck with this one guys! DYOR
