Technically Apex don't need to encourage take up, but who knows what kind of deals and undertakings were given to convince Pattersons to fully underwrite.
Its a big raising in a stock with awful market sentiment. Even though it is very attractively priced at 4c, I doubt Pattersons would want to left as the majority shareholder.
