    Milling oxide and fresh will not be the same.
    The plant will be designed for a blend of ores, oxide is generally easier to recover hence the ~30/70 ratio over the LOM and the multiple shallow deposits make this possible. PRUs Edikan has better recovery from fresh ore but this appears to be an exception
