Theres around $31M M senior and 7M subordinated debt but current liablilites is around 35M which is about 25% more than current assets from memory which is a concern.
You can Confirm or deny what I have said if you want by looking in the Annual report that came out today or was it Friday?
They pushed out the payment on the senior debt an extra year to the end of next year.
