We continually hear how hopeless the board are, and then in the next breadth we
hear how ERM must be spewing about SP, Garret must be spewing about SP, Vincents
I think are 3rd largest shareholder.....Garrets on the board, chairman is a close ally
of ERM, Vincents son is on the board.....Also one other.....
Basically we are saying the board is unhappy with the board, but are they?
