I dont know where you get that - The board in my opinion isnt the right mix to deliver the sort of results the shareholders ( or part of them ) expect.
I dont think that ERM really care about the share price anymore. ERM have provided for the downward movement and now at $33 million the entire 20% is only valued at 6.6 million That in a business still valued at around $350 million. Do your own maths thats not even going to touch sides. The debt is the issue as I see it and if you are prepared to accept a low ball offer I am sure they will get their debt repaid.

As I understood it ERM chairman - St baker was/is close to Garret but as I understand it the ex CEO St Baker is in a graphite business these days - also listed and in JV with a company in the Milner stable. His father is no longer chairman of ERM and these days they own 35% and have 2 directors on the board.

I dont see any tie-up that suggests anything other than that the 3 out of the top 5 shareholders each are represented on the board of EGO.

The links have become far less clear and there is a lot of mist these days - If you want clarity phone ERM and try and get the new CEO to talk about EGO. Good Luck.

Personally the conspiracy theories only go to support the view that there is black gold under the ground and that despite the share price you will recover your initial investment and make more for some that is $3.00 and more per share or a market cap of over $300 Million. You may well get there but that will have to be driven by exploration and not conspiracy. Exploration we have insufficient money to do ..,
