Anthony Bolton of Fidelity London, who has by far and away the best fund management record over 25 years, has called the bottom of the UK market. He called mining shares as a sell some 6 months ago. Charts such as that of UMC are also looking like calling a buy any time now - so we are probably looking at a time to start long term buying and accumulation.
