Question is, how long is the market likely to hover at current levels?
No one knows and everyone's guessing, however we can safely say that the financial lifelines and government spending will not have a material effect until somewhere between the first and second quarters of 2009.
Very tricky business indeed, especially when one considers that the stock market is normally 6 to 9 months ahead of the economy.
