Hi guys...sorry to be incommunicado for a while...Been occupied with other matters. CUO story is unchanged although as I mentioned when it happened, the market did not receive the news of the hedging very well. Interesting that when copper weakened materially late in this week, we saw CUO standing up well. The recent spot price weakness also makes their hedging price look a bit better.
My take on recent action is that the accumulation is still occurring by the smart players who realise that when production starts the present price will be equivalent to only around 3 times cash flow, with further increase in production planned. One would have to see it as very good value especially with exploration upside etc. I am holding well over 100k shares and anticipating a price above $1.00 within a few months. I have always talked about the strength of management and that remains a great part of the story.
All still on track for first copper cathode in July 2007.
